The WellBeing Personal Inventory
You know something's off. This shows you what — and what to do about it.
You're not clueless. You know the terms — mindfulness, boundaries, attachment, self-care. You've been in therapy, you've hired a coach, you've been doing the work.
But there's still this vague sense that something's missing, and you can't quite explain it.
You don't need more tips, or hacks, or 30 Day Challenges. You need to understand your actual needs, and how to meet them consistently.
The WellBeing Personal Inventory is a structured self-check that takes about 20 minutes — and gives you a clear visual map of exactly where your needs are being met, and where they aren't.
From there, your results connect directly to a full Tending Library: practical suggestions tied to the exact statements you scored lowest on, so awareness leads to action.
The Personal Inventory is a reusable tool. It turns vague unease, and general anxiety about your needs into a clear dashboard of your physical and psychological state. It gives you have a way to consistently check in on your needs and take specific, practical steps to keep moving toward flourishing. Use it every few weeks and document your progress.
You'll rate a series of statements on a 0–10 scale based on how true they are for your life right now.
The statements are written in the ideal. When we start with what flourishing looks like, we can move toward it.
| In 20 minutes, you go from "I don't know what I need to — ah, that makes so much sense, I know what to do next."
This tool uses the SUV (Subjective Units of Value) scale — a way of turning a vague sense of unease into information you can actually use.
| Instead of "I feel off," you start to know where you are — which makes it easier to move in the direction you want to go.
| Crisis territory — immediate attention
| Caution — steadier attention
| Solid foundation
| Thriving territory
The tool generates a visual overview the moment you finish. You'll see:
Where you're already doing well.
Which areas are draining you.
Your lowest scores — the clearest place to begin.
Tending options matched to the statements you flag.
The worksheet pulls your two lowest areas and three lowest statements from each.
Star any statement and the Tending Library opens — specific, plain-language suggestions connected to that exact need.
Of the lowest scored areas, you can pick one that feels most realistic to address first.
The Tending Library offers several simple suggestions for each statement.
| A clear picture of where you stand and the next step forward.
| A plant doesn't flourish through willpower. It flourishes when conditions are right — soil, water, light. Same goes for all living things. You have fundamental needs. When they go unmet, you feel it — even when you can't describe exactly what's wrong.
| The Inventory makes those needs visible. The Tending Library shows you what to do about it — in plain language and practical steps.
