Study Groups

Deep work, done together.

A WellBeing Project Study Group is 4–8 people who meet regularly to work through the three courses together. It’s an active, participatory journey where you:

  • Learn asynchronously with course materials, then come together

  • Discuss the material through guided questions that get to the heart of the matter

  • Support each other by listening deeply and sharing your own experiences

  • Provide mutual encouragement as you integrate the practice of tending to yourselves

It’s learning, side by side. Peers on the same path.

Breaking

For just $70 per person, you get a complete 2–3 month learning experience.

Compare that to $100–300 for a single coaching session—or $1,000–3,000 for a few months of private coaching.

Learning Alone Has Its Limits.

This Is Where Transformation Finds Its People

You’ve read the books. You’ve listened to the podcasts. You’ve had the insights.

Then life gets busy. Motivation fades. That “aha” moment gets buried under daily demands.

Real transformation isn’t about acquiring knowledge. It’s about integrating it into the actual fabric of your life — and that happens best in community.

  • Flexible – Meet on your schedule, in-person or remote.

  • Sustainable – Build meaningful connections with people on the same journey.

  • Empowering – No gurus, no hierarchy—just equals supporting equals.

Study Groups Provide

  • Consistency & Momentum - Regular sessions keep you moving forward, even when life gets busy. No more “I’ll get to it later.”

  • Clarity Through Conversation - Saying your insights out loud and hearing others’ perspectives creates breakthroughs that rarely happen in isolation.

  • Practical Application - This isn’t theoretical. You’ll apply the frameworks to your actual life, with real-time support for real-world challenges.

  • Deep Support - Be seen, heard, and believed in by people who are on the same path.

Launch with Me

Join a Study Group with Rachel

During this launch phase, I’m organizing a few initial study groups myself — using the exact same peer-led structure from the manual.

These first groups are special to me, and then I’ll step back to focus on building the project itself.

Like all peer-led study groups, the only cost is the Course Bundle ($70)
