The same raw, honest tale for your reading intrigue.

So, what is this thing?

The WellBeing Project is what happens when you realize everyone—literally everyone—deserves access to the kind of support that actually helps people flourish, not just survive.

The Problem

Right now, mental health and personal growth are stuck inside broken systems.

  • Therapy is costly and clinicians are burning out.

  • Coaching programs run into the thousands.

  • Self-help books pile up unread—no structure, no real path forward.

Meanwhile, the people who need support most are left scrolling through advice threads at 2 a.m., trying to find a map that doesn’t exist.

The Solution

This is something different: a complete framework for human flourishing that combines

  • the depth of psychology,

  • the clarity of philosophy, and

  • the practicality of daily life.

It’s delivered through simple digital tools, self-paced courses, and small peer-led groups—so anyone, anywhere can learn how to understand themselves, tend their needs, and connect meaningfully with others.

The Principles

No gatekeeping. No jargon. No $200/hour barrier.

Just affordable, sustainable support for being human.

This isn’t about disruption for its own sake. It’s about rethinking how people access the insight and community that make life livable.

The Vision

Flourishing shouldn’t be a luxury good—it should be a shared foundation.

We’re proving you can build something scalable without losing its soul—something modern without being hollow. A project that grows like nature itself: through people helping people.

The Heart of It

So that’s what this is: A real solution to a truckload of real problems.

Hi, I’m Rachel.

I’m not a CEO. I’m not running a wellness startup.

I’m a mystic, a teacher, and a framework-maker.

I created this body of work because I needed it myself.

I was raised by a fiery preacher father and a clinically depressed mother in the heart of 1980s urban decay—Bridgeport, Connecticut, when crack, AIDS, and crime were everywhere. My dad lived his convictions—marching for civil rights, working with gangs, preaching on battered streets. My childhood taught me both the power of vision and the weight of broken systems.

From there, life carried me through extremes: systemic abuse, litigation that threatened my children, betrayal, loss, and years of holding myself together with sheer willpower. And still—I kept searching for what makes life not just survivable, but worth living.

What I found was simple: flourishing doesn’t come from hacks, gurus, or endless effort. It comes from tending your real needs with honesty and consistency.

That’s the framework I’ve distilled into The WellBeing Project.

This project has been my companion for years.

I’ve carried this work for years with the same fire that drives entrepreneurs and social leaders to build movements. My conviction is unquenchable. My vision is expansive.

But my methods are—and always will be—human, organic, sustainable.

This is not a top-down campaign. It’s not hype. It’s roots and branches: a framework built from the ground of human nature itself.

I'm doing my best to place it in your hands.

What you do with it is yours to discover. But if enough of us take it seriously, the movement will come—naturally, like roots deepening and branches extending.
